pain after having wisdom teeth removed?

I had my wisdom tooth (Bottom Right Side) out on Tuesday 21st Dec. The dentist (NOT MY OWN DENTIST:I was referred to as it was classed as small surgery,my dentist referred me) cut my gum, removed it whole, stitched it up and sent me on my way saying about what to expect.

Basically I'm in constant pain,no pain killers stop it. I went back to the dentist on Thurs 23rd Dec (my own) for advice and was told to expect the pain and I had temporary paralysis in my jaw and given antibiotics. She told me there's no infection but I must keep it clean.

It's now Christmas Day 25th Dec and I'm in agony. The pain is in my surrounding lower teeth,it feels as though they are being pushed out in constant pressure. Has anyone had this feeling before after having there wisdom teeth out?
I looked in the mirror and it looks like one of my teeth is bent in more than the others but I don't know if it was like this before. There's no puss or anything coming from the empty space where my wisdom tooth was either
Any advice is extremely great full as I haven't slept in days!
Thanks
When I went back on the 23rd the dentist did squirt some thing on the gum,not sure what though. I was told there is no infection but was gave antibiotics just incase...hope this helps abit more.
I get more pain when I'm lay down which is why I can't sleep.
People have mentioned dry socket, but I've looked at other peoples incidents with dry socket and it dosn't really sound the same, then again I don't know,I've never had the pain before so any help is good.
It's Christmas day so the dentist is closed :(
