Paid Touchdown does not work

I installed the free version of touchdown on my "mytouch" in November. Trial version worked as expected. After 2 months it stopped down loading. I figured the "free" time was over. I purchased the full version for $19.99 and it will not load. Numerous trys with https://mail.company. tried different email and log ins. Basically recreated the set up from free version and then all other ways thought of. I always get "no protocalls could be found and https://error. Tried active synch, 07 and 03. Added domain "what I thought would be the domain name and not" "Authentification failure" and "negative on credentials".The frustrating part is it worked perfectly when free but now a waste of $19. Argh!

Contact the folks at Nitrodesk. They are very helpful and will try and get you working again.
