Paid for a game on my Blackberry, yet the game never appeared on my phone?

I bought a game for $7 (The Sims World Adventures) on my Blackberry Storm 2, and I got an e-mail saying that the purchase was complete and that the game was paid for. Except on my phone, it said an error occurred while downloading, and the game never got downloaded to my phone. I'm afraid if I try again, it will charge me another $7. Has this happened to anyone?

I contacted Blackberry, Verizon, and EA Games.. but no one has gotten back to me yet.
