Hi, I hope someone can help!
I was using the laptop as normal yesterday when it froze so I had to switch off. Tried to turn it back on and all I get is a black screen. I hit F8 and the OS screen comes on with recovery/safe mode ect but when I select one of these the screen is still black and does nothing. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to get my laptop back on??? Thanks
