pa child sexual abuse laws?

I believe my 5yr old son is being sexually abused by his father. I have caught his father showing him porn and other types of "unnecessary" things for a small child to see. I have also seen some changes in my child that I am not liking. What are the sexual child abuse laws for pa and how or what is considering proof of the abuse?
 
I don't know about the specifics of the law in PA, but I do have enough common sense to know that if this is a genuine concern, you should take the necessary steps to protect your son, WHATEVER that may be. If it were my child I would have done so yesterday! And if I had caught my husband showing my 5 year old porn, he'd have been kicked to the curb that day! This is absurd and your husband needs help, but your priority is your son and you need to protect him NOW. You need to consult with the police or CPS regarding your fears and proceed as they suggest, your husband should NEVER be alone with your son.
 
If I were you I would contact police immediately. If your child is showing some changes, don`t waste time! Even if you don`t have proof, it is better to be safe. Good luck!
 
If the father is showing a 5-year-old porn you need to notify the police,
tonight if possible.
