P.S. I love You.....

it is a book by cecelia ahern who is the daughter of bertie ahern the irish taoiseach. I have seen trailers for the movie and it contains gerard butler doing the worst irish i have ever heard.

The book is so good. Can't wait to see the film, going to wait till after christmas though, the cinemas will be jammed :D
I saw her in a shopping centre last summer, i hadn't read her books at the time.

I loved the book but I'm not expecting great shakes from the film. It all seems too American, Hilary Swank, Lisa Kudrow etc. I'll end up watching it anyway so I hope it'll be good........

The book was great. I would love to read it again, but alas a friend borrowed it - and that was the last I saw of it !!!

Im sure the film will be a great, but i dont think Hilary Swank is the best person to play the lead. Now, she might be great (havent seen the film), but i dont think she 'fits' somehow.

Plus - the book is set in Ireland. Surely to god we have some good Irish actors - rather than using Hollywood American actors trying to do Irish accents !!

Just finished reading the book, which I really enjoyed. Film sounRAB quite different from the book though. Anyone seen the film yet? What did you think?

I quite liked it wasn't expecting much from it but it has it's moments and there are some good peformances with Harry Connick Jr stealing the show
