P.E. Pacer test download?

You guys know the Pacer test that you do in P.E. class? Well I was just wondering if there is a website where I can download that from. To be a little more clear, I'm talking about the audio for it.

Go to this link, in bold it should say "Click here to download or hear the Beep Test" and choose the type of file you want to download. May not be exactly the same as the one you use in PE, but I downloaded this and it worked just fine. Hope that helps, have fun running til you puke :)
