I have to write a poem for school and I'm trying to add an oxymoron and two hyperbole's.
My oxymoron is, "A fine mess" and my two hyperbole's are, "Her hair was a forest" and "as soft as a brick." My question is, do these work? I realize "her hair was a forest" could look like a metaphor maybe? Explain why or why they don't work?
Thank you
Also, what about "no bigger than a stick?"
