overuse of arms triggers asthma

hello

does anyone here ever find that when you do a lot of chores using your arms it triggers your asthma?

everytime I do a lot of cleaning,vacuuming,heavy lifting,etc.it seems to trigger my asthma and then it feels like it effects my heartrate also.

Actually, it's probably the cardio aspect of the housework that is trigerring the asthma attack and raising your hearbeat. Check with your pulmonologist to see if you should premedicate with albuterol prior to such activities. I'm a jogger and I have to before I run.
