Overplayed Rock Songs

Blur are the only one of the four I'm really into but Suede are really damn good, and Bernard Butler is probably the best guitarist to come out of the whole britpop scene.
 
There seems to be a few synth pop banRAB coming thick and fast at the moment. A banned called Delphic appeared.. Dunno if you know them. They might be good, but from what I heard they just sounded like every other synth pop band. Bland and boring.
 
You're sure? I'm not. I don't particularly like Oasis.
Unless I said it a long time ago - things do change you know?
That said, I've never thought any merabers of Oasis were capable musicians. I just liked Noel as a songwriter, but I don't anymore.
I like Suede a substantial amount, and when I wrote that comment I didn't really like them at all.
I adore their S/T, though I've never been as taken with Dog Man Star.
I still think he's quite a good guitarist, but not fantastic.

I don't get why fans of rock music complain about overplayed songs, if you're a fan of the underground what are you doing listening to the radio? For most people it can be avoided. The only time I find something irritating is when it's forced up on me and I have no way of escaping it. I remeraber before I bought CRAB, I love the Arctic Monkeys but on our Indie/Alt radiostation I remeraber a journey into town and Brianstorm was played twice. I remeraber it being played a lot, if I was constantly listening to that radio station then I'd class that as overplayed..
 
Ok, so is every American modern rock station, and the ones that play "the best of classic rock and the very best of modern rock".

Nickelback are the very best of modern rock did you know that?
 
Know the band, don't know the song. I can't stand SoaD though so it's possible I've heard the song before and it just blended in with all their other crap to me.
