Overnight my fucking ASS!

Okay so I order a gaming computer from CompUSA since mine broke (FML to that) anyway I order the $85.00 USD overnight ontop of its already ridiculous price. It was meant to ship last tuesday, get here last wednesday. On wednesday I grow confused and impatient for it has not yet arrived. I call up their number and they tell me it should get there on thursday. It doesnt get there on Thursday. I call up again and this time I am refered to their main HQ or whatever. Of course I am greeted by a dumb "oh yeah lawfaunda i got dem new shoes!" kinda fuckwit. She talks a bunch of bullshit and says the computer is still in the process of shipping and should take 24 to 48 hours to ship and get here. Saturday, its still not there and I go into the store I purchased it from, and of course, yet another idiot I speak to. According to the info I've gathered, the salesman I bought it from told me there was none of the model in the store but they had some in the warehouse [lie] it turns out they had to ship it all the way from the website they are associated with (cyperpowerpc.com) and it is supposed to be here tomorow on tuesday. What I wonder is...WHO THE FUCK WAS CALLING THE WAREHOUSE ABOUT THIS ORDER??? It seems as if they had no sort of communication between themselves. Comp USA should have called warehouse, warehouse should have called cyberpower, cyberpower would have in turn shipped the computer via UPS. And I'd have my computer already. However yet again God has shat all over my life and I'm stuck waiting an extra week for overnight shipping. Did I mention the guy on the phone actually said and I quote "We'll send your 85 dollars back and we'll still overnight it"....MOTHER FUCKER IT AINT OVERNIGHT IF IT TAKES A WEEK TO GET HERE.

You should write a letter to your congressman and send a copy to the president of CompUSA (hell, send a copy to Obama while you're at it).

Someone better lose their fucking job over this injustice.

Thanks for the support guys and good luck to you all too but it'd be best not to let this eat at me. Someone should lose their job but those D-bags arent worth my time so why bother. However I'd love to walk in the store and punch the bastards dead in the foodgrinders but thats assault/battery and I probably shouldnt.
 
The "fuck my life" bit gets annoying. If you can afford a computer it's not nearly bad enough for you to be able to say that and not come across as a little emo kid.


That said, I'd be pretty pissed off too.

You're lucky you can get such a thing as overnight shipping. Where I live, the average shipping time for a package shipped next day air by UPS is 2 weeks. U.S.P.S. priority mail is much cheaper and usually gets here in 3 days, but 95% of mail order companies will not ship by priority mail.
 
You're not getting the point. The point is, I ordered next day, not next week, and the extreme ignorance and incompetence in the employees made me have to wait a week instead of a day. And I could care less about my superawesomecompyewtergames, or whatever, I'm just angry that they would fuck something as easy as shipping a computer up like that. BTW if you want to flame my ass, take it to Bait and Tackle.
 
Are you serious??? that wasn't a flame. you have a lot to learn, grasshopper.

They said they're going to refund the next day shipping charges. Let it go. If waiting an extra week for your computer is the biggest problem you've got in life, you're pretty god damned lucky.

Its not my biggest problem but this is a forum about stuff that pisses us off is it not? This shit pissed me off. So I posted about it.
 
Use newegg or tiger direct for PC crap.

A coworker bought an Ipod from best buy and had it shipped to him. I was there when he opened the package and found an empty box. Unless they have the item in the store, it's going to take a week to get to you no matter what price you pay for shipping.
 
You paid for overnight shipping, they probably got it to you overnight like it says.

What took a while, on the other hand, was processing. That never happens instantly, especially in the case of something like a custom computer wherein they have to get each part individually. That's just how it works.
 
Truly, if that were me... thankfully, it wasn't. I would have can canceled my order and told them to stick the one that might show up on my doorstep up their asses after day three. Next day is well.. next day. Honesty is a good way to get repeat business. Now, how many repeat customers are they going to get with that type of service? Only people that don't know better but learn the hard way.

They've upgraded my shipping to overnight when tehy didnt have it shipped as quickly as they should have, so I got it at the same time regardless of the fact that they were late. Really good with returns and such also. At least they have been in my experience and a couple of friends who, like me, do all their business there.
 
You should be able to be refunded the fee you paid -if any- for overnight service.

I didn't read your post, I'm having a tl;dr moment but I did pay attention to the comments :)
