anyone ever late on their payment and get their service cut off?? have you ever been able to get tmo to turn service back on before entire balance was paid??

I never been late on a payment. How over due are you? 1 month, 2 months? Have you talked to a service rep, im sure they will work something out with you.

im only 1 week past my due date but i had bought a new phone and it was charged to my account, so the bill is about 4x my normal monthly bill. i dont wanna get into the details but **** happened that left me unable to pay the bill. everytime i try to call tmo i get the automated line and it says they cant transfer me to a rep. this is the first time ive ever been late on a bill.

If your phone is already suspended you have to pay it before it's turned back on but if it's still on just make a payment arrangement it will take you another week of service.

i think youre right, i have been late one day and theyre ok about it. i just heard from a friend of mine. OUTGOING is off but INCOMING is on.

I also think it depends on what your credit class is too with them and different reasons. Like I have another phone for my little sister, and I don't think she EVER has to pay it ontime. It has to ROLL OVER a couple of months, and then I have to pay it and play loan shark with her. BUT, I do have a friend that came from what's called a spending limit thing, they coverted the line to a regular, but she couldn't be a week late. All you have to do is, on the due date, make arrangements. They're very understanding. I love T-Mobile! My bill was $800 one time, and they let me extend it out over a period of a month and a half!

Just what i've gone through. Speaking of, I was due yesterday, LMAO!

yeah you are just partially suspended. call customer service and set up a payment arrangement. just be aware that they dont control if your phone stays on or not its the computers that know when to shut them off. sometimes if you promise to pay they will keep you on but once you go back on that promise they'll shut you off until you pay whatever is needed

Wow $800 is pretty steep. I would freak out if I got a phone bill that big. I just let tmobile take automatically out of my bank account every month. Never had a problem, and I've been doing this for about the last year.

I paid my bill yesterday, and I thought I paid it In full, but it turns out I still owe $2.71! I was going to wait and just add it on to the next month, but after hearing the computers are running the show, I think I'll drop off the 3 bucks later on today!
