I have a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville. 235K miles. The transmission functions normally under all conditions except when the car is loaded with passengers and luggage. When loaded the transmission will not shift into 4th gear. Does the transmission have any load based shifting or would there be another underlying problem. Shifts smooth, temp consistent 210 degrees, no engine lights everything else functions as normal. Simply will not shift into overdrive when loaded. Help?
