i checked online how many calories i need to eat a day and it said
i need to eat 1932 cal a day
to lose a lb per week it's 1432 cal a day
when i found this out i ate up to 1000 cal from 10 to 3:30
Does this sound right
Should i consume less?
also
i workout in the morning and at night
for 40 min i sweat a lot after i workout
will i gain a lb even though i do all this & I'm a vegetarian.
