Echogenic shadowing mass is present in the left pelvis, no active peristalsis was observed. Left ovarian adnexal mass could not be excluded recomment ct scan pelvis with iv and oral contrast. Impression findings suggest left adnexal or ovarian mass.


Hi that's what my moms ultrasound said....I can't figure out what it means and it's gonna be a day or so before she gets to her doctor and i'm freaking out does anyone know what this stuff means???? thanks again Kacey oh she is 53 years old as well

How is your mother--has she had her pelvic cat scan yet? Try not to worry until all the tests have been completed. I hope everything comes back negative.
Please let me know how everyone is doing.
 
Hi she is going today for the kidney function test before the cat scan that she has on this coming monday.........shes ok I suppose just not feeling well and i'm extremely worried that its bad :(

Thank you for your support....it helps as my mom lives in kentucky and I live in florida and I feel so helpless.....I will let u know how her test goes the cat scan is on monday to figure out what it is, hopefully they can tell from that what were dealing with........hopefully if it is bad it can be fixed......I have bad anxiety so me not thinking bad really isn't an option :p but I will do my best to keep positive thoughts.....thank you
