I have looked through all former questions like this on the forum; but the problems were not identical.
I use T3 with DateBk5 (latest issue) and sync with WinXP home running OutlookXP (kept updated from Ms). I have kept the Palm Conduits updated.
I have set the conduit to "handheld wins", as I have decided to use the T3 as the master input source.
With irregular intervals, I suddenly find a number of appointments missing after sync. Luckily I have been able to restore everything from my BackupBuddy; but it is very annoying.
I have not the faintest idea, what causes the problem; but I suspect the Palm conduits are not as good, as they should be?
With my former devices (M100, M500, TT) the sync was taken care of by a program from Chapura, and it worked every time.
Chapura offers a program "PocketMirror ProfessionalXT. Has anybody tried this, and is it a better choice than the included software?
Please give me Your experience on this matter, or explain, what I do wrong at my present setup.
It is irritating to have to perform a backup before every sync to feel secure!
