I'm really good with graphic design, but I have never been able to figure out one thing--how do you outline text on Paint Shop Pro? I use the 9th version, but it's not much different from other ones. I know you can change the stroke width for text, but that adds it to the inside, not the outside. Can someone help me? Thank you!
