Jim Caviezel is obviously contractually obliged to play miserable, monosyllabic, masochists in boring, overrated movies: how else to explain his presence in this tiresomely predictable movie, unless he fancied a holiday in one of the grimmer bits of Norway (or is it Canada?)?
