Outdoor Shop with smokers?

Hey my friends been tellin me that her store which is an outdoor shoppin mall with about 5 stores has alot of ppl who smokes like infront of her store and she needs to keep her door open so ppl dont think her stores closed. is there any actions or whatever to keep ppl from not smoking or something like that?

I doubt it. As long as they are outside, it is OK to smoke. There are so few places for us to smoke these days.
