Outdoor flooring for second floor porch?

I have a two-story colonial that was built in 1925. There is a second story "sleeper" porch that is not enclosed and has a small opening at the bottom center for water drainage. Currently, the flooring is some sort of material that's slate blue in color, can be pulled up from the corners, and overall is in rough shape. It seems to be a common flooring choice for the second floor porches in my area. I'd like to update the porch. What kind of flooring options do I have?
Concrete? That sounds extremely heavy for the sort of space I have.
 
artificial wood decking- treks or etc. Comes in many colors and is impervious to water and weathers well, excellent warranties as well.
 
How about natural tiles? They are weather worthy and should last a really long time. Shouldn't be too costly and you can do it yourself to save labor charges.
 
After the flooring is up and you ve fixed any bad areas( I m betting there is) you can used a rubber membrane to seal off the floor for water drainage. Several options from there. You can put in a "false" floor of sleepers and put decking material over that to allow for drainage. There is a process to do a tile decking after the membrane and proper drain is attached but I won t go into the details there unless you want because you are concerned with the weight issue GL
