Outdoor Cafes or Patios in Toronto?

I am a long time Toronto resident, born and raised, but I often have a hard time finding nice outddor cafes or patios to hang out at?

Any recommedations of some really great unique places, (kinda like the ones you can find in Montreal), within the Greater Toronto Area?
