Out of state car CT RI Pleas help?

Okay so I want to buy a car in Rhode island and I live in Ct. I just went to the dmv and got the bill of sale and the registration of a motor vehicle and application for a certifcate of Title now once i fill these were do i send them and then how long till i get my title Please help also if i am missing something or need something plz help i believe i will have to go there 2 once for the 2 forms i have picked up and the 2nd time to pick up the car
