Our first dance is going to be to "green eyes" by coldplay, how should we dance?

Hey Stephen :)
Well first of all a waltz wouldn't work as the songs in 4/4 timing and the waltz is in 3/4 timing. You could do a fastish rumba to it but what i really suggest is go to a ballroom dance studio near you and give them your music. Tell them you want a dance for your wedding and they will choreograph a routine suiting what you want and they will teach you it over about four lessons so you have it perfect :) At my studio they do this and i love watching it :) Good luck with your dance and your marriage my parents are divorcing at the moment :( P.S i adore green eyes haha :D

Were getting married in two weeks, and we chose to have our first dance be to the song Green Eyes by Coldplay. Its a very special song to us because we both have green eyes, and we started listening to it years ago when we first started dating.

The problem is, its not just a "slow" nor just a "fast" song, it has a little of both, and the general dances ive looked up just dont seem to fit e.g. a waltz seems to formal

Any suggestions on how to dance would be so great.

Also, we have no interest in doing a silly dance, its kinda been overplayed :)
