OUI while on probation and random alcohol testing. Jail?

Got an OUI. Breathalyzer was .097 and I live in MA, legal limit is .08 (I'm over 21). I have another pending matter, which requires me to be on alcohol testing. I have a clean record, it's my first OUI (and last), and I have a job. My probation officer said I "could" go to jail for 2 months. I have court in 2 hours. Am I innocent until proven guilty because the OUI case is pending? What might happen?
