Sure, here is the problem though. I had always owned Sony and Nintendo consoles. I was really waiting for the PS3 to come out, but I got tired of waiting for a PS3 and I wanted a good game system to play on my HDTV. So, I started thinking about a 360 and I finally got caught up in the hype and bought the system.
Now, I couldn't talk myself into buying a PS3 because the 360 is filling that need. If Sony would have came out earlier, and they weren't so expensive, then I would have a PS3 right now and not a 360. My point is, that this is going to happen, and has happened a lot to Sony in this round of consoles. To me, that means that Sony is going to lose market share and developers will shift back over to the other systems because they have more consoles out there.
Sony loses, big time.
