ottoman and byzantine empire analysis...HELLPP!!! AP world history?

i have to do a worksheet for each of these amires and compare how they were politically, socially, economic, artistic, religious, intellectual, technological, military, geographic, demographic,& wome's status. I need to compare all those characteristics from how they were at the beggining of the empire to how they were towards the decline.

our AP test is thursday, so i could REALLLYYYY use some help!!!!
 
the ottoman were created after the byzantine and ottoman expanded by capturing them so their millitary was better so was their technological advance thats all i know
