Other than dance, exactly how do dancers train?

I take dance lessons 7 hours a week, but I'm still not strong enough. I don't really like running. What are some exact training programs I can do on my own to become a better and stronger dancer. Thank you!

Dancers can't run. Their turnout prevents it, and it builds up bulky muscles that lower flexibility.

Yoga, pilates, and swimming were my choices. They'll work the same muscles that you use while dancing. Weight lifting and running, for example, build up bulky and ''useless'' muscles you can't use as a dancer.

Also practice releves and rises every day, especially if you want to be en pointe.
