Recently i haven't been working out much, because its such a drag to go there.. i used to work-out with friends, but they're lazy and never go to the gym..
i think its a waste of my contribution and go now and then.. but its boring without friends and i never feel like going.. does anyone know some good motivational methods to get your ass to the gym, besides listening to music (what i'm already doing)?
