Other car insurance wants me to sign paperwork and release of medical records, do I?

Accident agreed to not me my fault. Went to chiropractor but left him without fixing the problem for various reasons. Do I have to sign a release of med records to get the other drivers insurance company pay?

Remember, my injury is still needing treatment.

Ins rep said it was progressives policy and would meet me anywhere. Its been almost two months since my accident and he called about the med claim a few days ago. I want to kno if I should cancel our meetup which is today.
 
I would say that this is a reasonable request by the insurance company to ensure that you are not attempting to defraud them.

In effect they are asking you to provide records that prove you were injured. If you cannot provide evidence of an injury then it is reasonable for them to conclude that you were not injured.
