I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

I was just going over that same infographic earlier and feel like I have
a personality crisis now. I use a Mac (so I guess I am a Mac user) but I
don't like San Pe and I would never go for a Vespa over a Harley.
Admittedly, I'd go for Banh Mi anyday.

Not really, iPods have put many local record stores out of business, iPads
and Kindles are now putting many local book stores out of business, book
publishers and textbook companies will start to lay off many as schools
switch to electronic systems like the the iPad. My old Power Mac 6100/66
was made in the U.S.. My last computer, iPod and iPad was made in China
costing even more Job loses in the US. I read somewhere Apple cost the US
at least 14 million jobs.

Then again paper based books and Non digital music systems are going the
way of the Buggy Whip.

Unless your from China then I stand corrected. I did not check out the
link.

Ok, I checked out the link. Is Onion News sorta like the Comedy Channels
news shows. Then I might download their app for onion news. I find it odd
that I seem to get a view on the political issues from the Comedy Network
than the main stream news organizations. I have come to the conclusion, if
one can make fun of a law then something is wrong with the law.

I have the 2006 with the 235 HP V6. I used to break traction a lot until
I learned how to work the pedal. OTOH, it does have Electronic Stability
Control so I probably could floor the accelerator with limited
wheelspin. I never tested this out though.

235hp sounds wonderful!

Unless your ESC also contains Traction Control (which it might),
mashing the gas will certainly light up the tires.

p.s., I want a new car :(

I'm not too hip to these systems, my guess is that ESC and ETC are
similar since the whole point of both is to reduce power to a tire when
the system senses one is going faster than the other. There is a button
to turn off the ESC system although I can't think of any reason to allow
the wheels to break traction other than maybe you be wanting to impress
the chicks at the local Dairy Queen by burning rubber.

It's a pretty neat, smooth running engine - an alloy block V6 with
double overhead cams and variable valve timing. Internal combustion
engines these days are pretty sophisticated but my guess is that the
time of these engines are numbered. Within a decade or so, we'll be
driving cars powered with simple electric motors. I have no doubt that
one day there will be a museum dedicated to automotive engine design.
People of the future will find it hard to believe that such wonderful,
complex, machines existed.
