OT: Firefox4 is not available

I'm glad you asked that Billy, once Google gets the majority of
newsgroup users posting through their site, they can filter out non-GGs
posters i.e., folks like you and me. They can then pretty much control
who posts as well as content and claim ownership of the posts.
Obviously, they have control over their domain and are able to make
poster that they don't like completely disappear. You don't want to make
Google mad at you.

This is only logical since there's not much point in Google supporting a
small amount of dinosaur users with the free storage and archiving of
their posts which mostly consists of bitching about the most idiotic of
things such as programs that they don't even use. Hope this helps. :-)

I've had FF4 for three days now, I've shut all the bells & whistles off, I find
it fast. I have opera, sea monkey, FF and IE loaded. If I ever had my IE
corrupted, I'd use sea monkey over FF.

You can cut that oh-so-superior attitude young man! I'm not impressed.

The "x-no-archive" header option is pretty much a joke. The reality is
that you're not going to get compliance on 100% of the servers - sorry
to burst your bubble. Google Groups probably purges these posts from
their public archives but it would be a little naive to think that it's
being erased on their corporate files. My guess is that a lot of servers
(not all) will do this. Hope this helps!

I don't have anything nice to say I'll keep my pie hole shut. I think we

I got sick of seamonkey after using it for 6 years. Same old bugs,
same old crashes. I switched to firefox and thunderbird. The IMAP
implementations are very good in SM and TB and I insist on them after
having tried all others.

That is just the tag. I can't post pictures of myself WEARING them
with all these pervs hanging out here.

And then when you look up the Style # you will see that they are a
pink leopard skin print (Meow!).

I especially like them because they already have my name on them and
don't have to write on them with black permanent market any more. And
the thin stretchy fabric helps keep my package in place and feels
good.

You just have to make sure your waistband doesn't get too low in back
in public. You kinda get the hint when people pass you walking and
then look back at your with that "Pink leapordskin, eh?" smirk on
their face.

ObFood: Sorry, but I cantaloupe with anybody. I just ate the last

The bottom line is that no matter what you write, if it's on the

That goes from private to work email, from facebook to personal web

anything that collects your thoughts, statements, photos and email in

remember it might end up that way.

I was totally happy with XP but my machine died so I had to go with 7.
As good as XP is windows 7 blows it away. Plus the new machines are
cheap and so much better than even just a couple years ago. I got 4
times the machine for a quarter of the price of my last one. Too bad
food isn't getting cheaper.

I replaced everything in my computer case except two DVD+/-RW drives
(which I never use any more anyway) and video card for about $275
(Phenon II X2, 4 Gig, 650W PS, ASUS mobo with SATA 3 and USB 3 - 14
USB ports in all). Plus $145 for Windows 7 (3 licenses). I was
running a bootleg Windows 7 just fine, but decided to BUY it .
Even though I'm very anti-Microsoft (not as bad as notbob, and I do
own/use a mouse).

But to "get even" for my buying it, I needed to justify it somehow. I
bought three licenses for $20 more than the cost of one license. The
way I figure it I could give away two licenses to somebody else who
would otherwise spend $125 on the license, thus screwing MS out of
$250. So my $145 denies Microsoft $250 - I consider that fair ;-)

Mine stick. Not only that all but all the custom columns and sort

Here's my alt.food.binaries archive (Featuring Serene's Khaluha Pork)
sorted by date posted. With custom Date Taken, and Camera Make/Model
columns, sized to fit. It's like that every time I open it up (but
initial sorting can take a while on large directories - sort indexes
are not cached/saved between folder views).
