OT: Comcast/Xfinity TV app for iPhone, iPad, Android.

This isn't spam. I'm just an amazed user of it on the iPhone.

Kewl remote control of your cable box/DVR/TV listings etc. etc.

Rather than put it in my own words, visit:
http://www.comcast.net/mobile-apps/ and "learn more."

The apps are free. Naturally you have to be a Comcast cable TV
subscriber and have wifi.

iPad users can even watch OnDemand TV and movies anywhere over wifi!

A shining example of software done right! Speedy with a clean GUI.

Yea, Xfinity rocks on the iPad. Try loading the free TED app, another
favorite of mine. This message is from my iPad using TapNews.

Many many cooking apps also. I like the food network app, Alton browns
recipes are on it and others.

Buttered Popcorn and Pepperoni slices dipped in pizza sauce washed down
with ice tea. I know it is pathetic.

Glad you enjoy TED!

I think TED is excellent! It plays much better on the laptop than the
iPhone app, because the external speakers are vastly superior and the
view is too! At least for these tired eyes and ears. ;)

The iPhone earbuds gave me an earache in short order. I need a
combination of what I'm listening to AND my surroundings.
