X-ray results are: "small marginal osteophytes at C6" and "minimal narrowing of the L5-S1 disc". What means?

ostephytes are bone spurs, i was told from protein not metabolizing right. narrowing means your vertbrae is closing in more kinda. imagine a very "narrow" lane, where you can only fit one car if that helps.
i have ostephytes on l-4 and l-5 and im in so much pain all the time. i broke down in tears and made myself finally go to the chiropractor. my l4 and l5 are also sublaxated which means out ofplace and pressing on nerves. i wanna try out this ezorb stuff and see if it will work.
