I don't watch a lot of anime anymore these days but what has been consistent over the years is the background music. I don't know the series but the music is always usually great.
Okay, I listened to Braveheart at least. It's all right. But that's just me.
Yu-Gi-Oh had some interesting background music, Japanese version wise. I'm still trying to find out what this one score is called. It's similar to this one:
DGC/Interscope will release the soundtrack to Shrek Forever After on May 18, DreamWorks Animation says.
Shrek Forever After: Music From the Motion Picture will feature tracks by Scissor Sisters, Mike Simpson and Weezer, and "heritage classics" by the Beastie Boys, the Carpenters, and Lionel Richie.
The album will be released digitally, but physical albums will be available exclusively through WalMart.
Is this really the end of Shrek? But it's so funny.
Ooh, Final Fantasy music. I'll just say for the record that I love the music in the games. I haven't really heard the AC soundtrack.
I'm listening to the South Park movie soundtrack. It's rather hilarious on how they make Satan a sympathetic character that wants to get a chance to live "up there".
 Hah, mixed tapes. I still have my tapes. Although those tapes have some contents recorded off of my TV of random episodes of anything.
Anywho, forgot to throw in Kawai Kenji (Vampire Princess Miyu, Ghost in the Shell, etc.) and Joe Hisaishi (Hayao Miyazaki's films) in to the mix. Great composers. One of the songs I'm obsessed with is Inochi no Namae from Spirited Away.
Kris, your avi reminRAB me of Evangelion for some reason.
The song I'm currently addicted to is the opening them called Hajimare No Kaze.. I can't think of the artist right now. Full version you hear the erhu.
I also want the OST for Advent Children Complete cause I want a better version of Safe and Sound.
But the whole slew of chipmunked (based on the live action film)-songs that have been popping up lately...I don't know. It seems kind of irritating. I remeraber those old days where cassette tapes were still popular. If I were to play one on the radio, I just have to hold down the pause button just very slightly to get the chipmunk sound.
