oscar fish odd behavior?

well i have 3 oscar fish in a large aquarium (75 gal) and it seems like two have begun building a nest. they are picking up the gravel rocks and piling them up on one side of the tank against the side of the tank and a large log decoration(1 foot long, 8 inches tall, about 6 inches wide). they have basically scooped up all of the gravel leaving most of the tank bottom bare so i got more gravel and they continue building. two of them seem to be fighting all the time and the other one is beaten up by those two when he comes near them. i have had all the oscars for a little over a year now (all raised from babies) and the log decoration for about two months and now they start building this cave. do you think they are about to start having babies? and if so how soon can i expect to see any babies or eggs or anything of that nature? also how can i tell for sure if one of them is pregnant or about to give birth? do they give live birth like guppies? bascially how can i tell FOR SURE if she is going to be a mother, which one is the girl, and when will i know they have had babies? thanks for any help

OK this is what is happening 75 gallons is way to small for 2 and imagine 3 but thats not the problem. Take away the one who is not the dadddy and mommy the fry will be protected by their parents. Now fry have a 50 percent chance of living.. Buy brine shrimp and feed it to them after that start looking into a much bigger tank.

Hope i helped ( P.S) Make sure your filter doesnt suck up the babys! buy a spinge filter or put a media sponge type of thing over the intake tube so they wont get sucked up

Give me the best answer lol .. jk jk
