oscar fish compatibility help?

i have a fish tank: 1 iridescent shark, 2 silver sharks, 2 silver dollars, 5 tiger barbs, a pleco and 2 small blood parrots(not adults).
I'm planning to add a tiger oscar(small, not big one) with them, would it be ok or would the oscar eat or kill any fish?
 
Oscars get big, and fast, they get about 8" in their first year of life. In that set up, unless you already have a several hundred gallon tank, you could well already be overstocked.

Oscars are territorial, in cramped conditions they're more likely to attack tank mates. Tiger Barbs could get inhaled and the skittish Silver Sharks could be chased about.

Iridescent Sharks get up to 3ft long - I hope you can house this monster!
