Orion HCCA 124 or Fosgate T212D2?

Which Sub would be the better choice? I noticed the fosgate only has a RMS of about 1000 while the HCCA has a RMS of about double that (2000). With that being said the Fosgate cost about 100-200 dollars more than the HCCA. ( I Checked at a couple of stores locally) Which would you get and why?
