Original hard modded Xbox flashing bois help?

i bought a hard modded xbox that was using XBMC and i was playing halo 2 when i tried Multiplayer when it updated me to the original xbox dashboard.
i have xecuter2 chip and i'm not to sure what i need or how to get back to my awesome xbox.
if you could tell me what bios i need, where to get it, how to set it up to get ready for data transfer and whatever else could aid me.
please give me step by step proses so it is easy to follow.
 
fuck them, cheat the system. probley look it up on google is all i can say for now mate, havent had much experience with chips and such, or even ring the place you got it from to find out more. instruction book?
