Organic Chemistry, Physics, and Calculus in the same semester?

This would be during the fall semester. Is it too much? I would also have one other class on top of this, but it would not be as time consuming as the classes mentioned.
Any experiences with this?
For me, it would be better to take these now than to put some of them off for another semester.
