I closed my cell phone account (contract already expired) and I am now being notified of outstanding charges (I paid my bill in full when I closed my account) but they will not send me a detail copy of my bill or tell me exactly why I am being charged because I'm no longer a current customer. Do I have the right to request a paper bill from a cell phone company that I am no longer a customer of for outstanding charges or are they allowed to send me to collections for a bill that they won't send me, or tell me what it is for?
