Ordering Sony PIIQ Exhale earbuds...?

Okay so Im planning on ordering some Sony PIIQ Exhale earbuds and before I do, I just wanna know a couple things:

Hows the sound quality? Is it as good as people say?
Are they made like typical in-ear headphones? Those tend to fall out of my ear no matter WHAT I do.
Does the cord get tangled easily?
Do they hurt your ears after being in for a while?
