Going to use it for moderate to heavy gaming, want it to last at least a year or 2, plan on upgrading the gfx card to a 9900 by the end of the summer, any concerns/compatability issues? Recommendations?

The price at Newegg is $2700, and the place I'm building it at will be $45 an hour, 1-4 hours to build, to buy this from Dell would have costed like 6-7k bucks.
