Ordered a 6290 today!

My initial response is yes. I'll use the 6290 over this weekend and report back. but so far, the 6290 has been amazing in terms of speed, even if it's a bit "ugly". That's okay though, it's whats inside that counts, right?

One other thing I noticed was the absence of the active standby plug ins for the 6290. That kind of sucks. I liked that feature on the e65. you still get a mail notice, but it's just not inline with the other items.

i should just take all these notes down and write an amateur review.
 
I found that the outside keys are easy to accidentally activate, even when I had the phone in my hip case. That was easily solved by using Free Autolock, found here:

Works as expected.
 
Boston...why not make it an N95, E90, N93, N93i, N75, N76, N73 comparison pic?? You must have those others as you've picked up 3 expensive phones in a week it seems! (N76 pending I guess)

Good lord, I thought I was bad.....
 
The camera sucks. Although it's night time here and I'm trying to take the pictures indoors, the camera should be better. Maybe outdoor pics will be better.

There is no autofocus on the camera, but the flash is automatic.
