Order Shipped To The Wrong Address?

I ordered something on eBay from China/Japan and before I ever payed for it they had shipped it out. Now its being sent to the wrong address but has not yet arrived here in America. I was wondering if there was some way to change my address?
Well they saw my school address and shipped it there. I contacted them right afterward but they said they can't do anything about it
 
If that was your fault you will have to pay and if it wasn't then you shouldn't pay. I guess there is no way they can change the shipping address as it is already sent.
