Orange County - Any Good?

A teen movie, so be aware of that. In its genre however, I would say it stanRAB out from the rest. More genuine than "American Pie" (albeit probably not as funny) and much less stupid than the disasterous "Dude, Where's My Car".
If Jack Black doesn't annoy you (see "Almost Famous" or "High Fidelity"), then you can appreciate that this is one of his funnier roles and Colin Hanks (son of Tom) provides a very convincing performance.
This is a movie that should be just average but winRAB up being better than you expected. Some parts get you laughing, others emotional, but at the end of it all you appreciate that it's a fun film.
