I'm on 20 mg of prednisone for 7 days for my sinuses. The last couple days/nights I have been having anxiety attacks with difficulty breathing, almost like my throat was closing up. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and I felt like I was suffocating. I did read that it can cause insomnia, but anxiety attacks with a racing heartbeat and difficulty breathing? I took my last one today, so that's good, but was wondering if anybody had any experience with this? Much appreciated!
