Oral Board vs Captains Interview? What is the difference?

I had an oral board with a Police Department and now I'm moving to the Captain's Interview. What is the difference between the two and what is the purpose of a Captain's Interview? Are the questions similar or is it just to get to know me more? When I had my oral board I studied everything about the department and the city. What should I know for this one? help please!
 
That is the final interview

The questions will be more on your history, likes dislikes, knowledge, it will seem like a very smooth chit chat but there are certain "KEY" questions that will be thrown in.

Just be calm, and answer honestly and be prepared to go into details to defend your answer
