I am ACA , with experience of using ERPs " Navision" and " epicore". I have an offer to join company which is implementing "ORACLE FINANCIAL".I will be leading the implementation.
I wanted to know , what things i should Know in order to successful get done with this project. In other words, What skills are required to tackle successfully with implementation?
