Optus Pre-Paid Turbo Cap?

I was activating my SIM and it asked me what rate plan I wanted, and I have some questions.

On my previous SIM I used the Turbo Cap, but I seemed to run out of credit faster than expected considering all the bonus credit.

I was wondering how many minutes I should be able to talk with $30 credit, and if the Turbo Cap is even worth it, or if I should choose something different.
