I bought my phone from Best Buy and by far they have the best insurance period. They call it the Black Tie Program. I know for phones under 350.00 its 6.99 a month and over 350.00 its 9.99. They offer free rental phone if yours needs to be sent of to repairs or if they dont have yours in stock. They also do NOT have a deductible at all. So that right there is already a great insurance. I had to use the insurance unfortunately,
I bought a Palm Centro and on the first month I somehow cracked the screen. I never dropped it or anything it was just in my pocket and it cracked.(OH I also forgot they cover everything except lost or stolen...) So I took my phone in and they said they would send it in, but I knw they were not guna be able to fix it. So they gave a free rental phone for the meanwhile and about 1 wk later they called me and told me the phone was not able to be fixed and they were just guna give me a new phone. So thats what they did. So if you have a best buy near you, check them out they always have the best insurances. And no I dont work for them, I used too about a year ago but not anymore. Just my opinion..
